3. Win & Redeem Tickets are loaded digitally onto your card and can be redeemed at our Prize Hub.
Are games suitable for all ages?
Yes! We have everything from claw machines, to VR roller coasters, and even pool and shuffleboard.
Can we bring outside food or cake?
We do not allow outside food or drinks. The only exception is birthday cake for reserved birthday parties. All other food and drinks must be purchased at the facility.
How many people can a team suite hold?
Our small suites hold up to 20 people comfortably and our large suites holds up to 32.
What are your hours?
Mon – Fri: 4am-10pm
Sat & Sun: 11am-9pm
Special hours:
On tournament days we are open from the beginning to the end of the tournament
On days with no school we open at 11am.
Can I decorate the team suite for a party?
Yes you’re welcome to decorate your suite .
We just ask that you:
Do not hang anything on the wall
Do not use tape, tacks, command strips or adhesives
We recommend simple decorations like tablecloths, centerpieces, balloons and themed napkins to keep things fun and damage-free.
